o Service Provider marks as delivered
o Customer accepts or requests modifications
o Auto-completed after 3 hours (work pauses until resolved)
o Payment required per agreed timeline

o User behavior or conduct
o Service Provider safety or ability
o Service quality or completion
· All service-related risks remain with users
· Permanent unless Terms violations exist
· Published after both parties’ complete reviews or review period ends
Communication
· All communication through Listo2's messaging system
· AI-powered translation available:
o May contain errors
o Users notified of potential misunderstandings due to translation
· Personal information exchange allowed only within Job Page
· All file transfers must use Listo2 platform in order to maintain an accurate job record
· No discriminatory behavior based on:
o Gender

· Prohibited behaviors:
